Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Access is granted exclusively to the subscriber and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
  • Subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and renews based on your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged again.
  • Failure to follow usage restrictions (e.g., mirroring content, public redistribution) may result in immediate ban without refund.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital product, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You didn't use the service or used it only once.
  • You misunderstood the features or pricing (everything is clearly listed).
  • You were banned for violating our Terms of Service.
  • You requested a refund after gaining value.
  • You opened a payment dispute instead of contacting us - doing so will result in permanent blacklist.

3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

We may consider limited exceptions at our discretion only if:

  • You were charged multiple times erroneously for the same period.
  • There was a technical issue preventing access that was not resolved within 72 hours.
  • You made a purchase using unauthorized access to your own account and report it within 24 hours.

Any refund granted will be partial or full depending on usage and timing.

4. Bot Downtime Policy

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability. However, in the event of a bot outage or system downtime exceeding 1 hour, the following applies:

  • Each full day of downtime = 1 additional day added to your subscription automatically.
  • Compensation applies only to active subscribers during the affected period.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance and does not count as downtime.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Attempting to force a refund through a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized claim will result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban.
  • Addition to our blacklist and other communities.
  • We will provide all logs and evidence to the payment processor to dispute false claims.
