Core X Tracker is an automated monitoring tool designed to track and analyze public information on X (formerly Twitter). This bot functions in full compliance with X's Developer Agreement and policies.

2. Compliance with X (Twitter) Policies

• This bot complies with X Terms of Service, including data usage policies. All data access is conducted in accordance with the Developer Agreement.
• The bot strictly adheres to the Automation Rules and all related platform policies.
• The bot clearly identifies itself as an automated service and offers contact for user concerns.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

• Only public information is processed.
• No private data, DMs, or protected content are accessed or stored.
• All stored data is kept secure and used solely for the intended purpose of public insight and monitoring.
• We fully comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

4. Usage Restrictions

To remain compliant and protect our infrastructure, you may NOT:

• Expose our bot or service on public servers without restrictions.
• Provide free, open access to real-time monitoring or account-specific tracking to the public.
• Use the service for harassment, manipulation, or deceptive behavior.

5. Community Usage Rules

If you use or share our bot in a community:

• You must restrict access via a paywall, private role, or invitation-only method.
• You may offer a separate public preview (optional) that can show no more than 5 static high-profile accounts (e.g., @elonmusk) and must not include timely or sensitive tracking.

• Data and updates are provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy or availability.
• We are not liable for actions taken based on our data.

7. Changes to This ToS

We may update this ToS at any time. Updates will be reflected on our profile or through pinned messages. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
